The internal controls of AVGF and its subsidiaries apply to all administrators, directors, employees, workers and/or interns, as well as related persons, that is, individuals over whom any type of influence may be exercised in relation to their activities (“Employees”).

The Compliance Manual (Code of Conduct) and other policies of AVGF and its subsidiaries (together referred to as “Internal Policies”) aim to ensure the adequacy, strengthening and functioning of the internal control system (compliance) of AVGF and its subsidiaries, with the aim of minimizing risks in accordance with the complexity of business operations and disseminating the culture of control in order to ensure compliance with the laws and regulations in force. Together with all other employees of AVGF and its subsidiaries, as a condition of the employment contract, everyone must read and understand the “Internal Policies” and comply with the procedures established therein. 

All people must act with integrity, efficiency, transparency, ethics and speed, in the search for results, incorporating the values ​​expressed in the “Code of Conduct” and obeying the internal regulations and standards of each AVGF business.
